Project Manager
Seeking career oriented project managers with minimum five years experience to oversee high end projects. Qualified candidates must posses strong written, verbal and organizational skills. Must be able to work effectively as a team leader focused on execution and customer service. Solid background in scheduling, computer skills and administration. Knowledge of MS Project a plus.
Construction Superintendent
Minimum five years "hands-on" supervisory experience. Experienced candidates responsibilities would include oversight of on-site construction efforts, managing multiple subcontractors and ensuring projects are constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule. Additionally, ability to work in a team environment with project management a must. Strong organizational and computer skills desired.
Master Carpenter
Qualified candidate must have the ability to draw and read design plans. Must have strong organizational, verbal and written skills.
