The offices are located in a small historic three-story brick jewelry manufacturing building. Parker Construction was was asked by the client to completely gut the second floor and build a professional office space. The office space consisted of three offices, a reception area, kitchenette, IT room, bathroom and conference room. The project had some challenging design elements, was very cost sensitive and had a very aggressive schedule. Parker Construction was able to  bring the job in on budget and on schedule to the delight of a very happy client.
