This house was purchased, renovated, and sold in just 8 months!
Formerly a neglected property, this 2-1/2 story post-war Colonial got an energy-conscious renovation, preserving it's structural integrity and adding numerous upgraded finish details, all while maintaining a conservative budget.  Previously a 2-family, the house was converted to a single family residence.79 Dana Small 1

Icynene, an environmentally preferable spray foam insulation and air barrier material, was applied to the uninsulated exterior walls.  All new triple pane, highly efficient windows were installed, as well as a high efficiency boiler and hydro-air system.
A new kitchen features walnut cabinets and walnut flooring.  The balance of the house has hardwoods, much of which were recycled.  Crown mouldings and other trimwork were replicated and installed throughout the house.
Exterior renovations included a restoration of the front porch with new railings and balusters, as well as a new porch complete with a grilling area, in the rear of the property.  Finally, a new driveway made of concrete with exposed aggregate completes the project.
